No, you don’t have to create an account to purchase on www.beautical.com

Once you’ve created an account, shopping on our website will become easier.

You will be able to:

Orders​

You can pay using any of the following:

  • Visa and MasterCard credit cards
  • Visa and Maestro debit cards
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay

  • Bancontact

The prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products sold on our e-shop.

All orders are processed within 1 day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. For shipping costs and delivery times, please refer to our Delivery & Return Policy.

You must log in to your profile with your email address and password to view your order history. You will find all the details of your past and current orders on the Order Summary page. Once your order has been shipped, you will have access to your tracking number on this page. To track your order on the carrier’s website, click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Note: It usually takes 24h from the time the order is shipped to access tracking information.

We can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Delivery & Return Policy.

Shipping costs and times are different from country to country and depend on the order value. For shipping costs and delivery times, please refer to our Delivery & Return Policy.

All BEAUTICAL orders for the UK are shipped from the UK and all orders for the USA are shipped from the USA. All other BEAUTICAL orders are shipped from Belgium, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country, if not within EU. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

In case you notice a delivery error or non-conformity of the delivered products in relation to the order form, please inform our Customer Service within 3 (three) working days from the delivery date.

Any complaint made outside the time limit will not be considered.

We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered in the best condition. However, if you have received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service immediately.

Damaged items will need to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or a replacement.

RETURNS​

We do our utmost to bring you complete satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund.

All returns must be notified to our Customer Service within 14 (fourteen) days after reception of order. After communicating your decision to return, you have 14 (fourteen) days to return the goods. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PRODUCTS

We don’t claim to be a ‘clean brand’, but we try to avoid controversial ingredients as much as possible, without compromising on the efficiency of our formulas. Actually, there is no official definition of ‘clean beauty’ and all the so-called ‘clean brands’ are defining their own rules.

As a European brand, we are already following strict rules in terms of formulation. Over 1300 cosmetic ingredients are banned in the EU, while only 11 by the FDA in the United States.

We are committed to being 100% transparent when it comes to our products. We are completely honest when it comes to the content of our products, our formulas and our packaging. We prefer to inform and educate our clients as much as possible, so that they can make up their own minds, rather than make false or misleading statements.

At BEAUTICAL, we uphold our commitment to high-end, high-tech, cruelty-free skincare. Our formulas are carefully selected, researched and vetted but never tested on animals – only on us and our friends.

Beauty shouldn’t come at the price of cruelty, it is our utmost conviction. But we committed to honesty, so you should know that we are not the only ones. Since March 2013, the animal-testing of cosmetic products and ingredients is forbidden by EU, so all European brands are compliant with this regulation.

No. BEAUTICAL’s products are formulated without any parabens.

Parabens are chemical preservatives that have been used in beauty products since the 1920s, but over the past decade the side effects of long-term exposure to parabens have become a cause for concern.

The European regulation allow the use of parabens in cosmetics while limiting their concentration, but we decided to formulate our products without using these controversial ingredients.
