Thank you for visiting and shopping on www.beautical.com. By placing an order through our website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We try to deliver to as many countries as possible. Please check the table below for the specific delivery information for your country. All the delivery times are estimates and related to working days and don’t include the shipping processing time.

P.O. Box shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery time exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the packing list and your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery error

In case you notice a delivery error or non-conformity of the delivered products in relation to the order form, please inform our Customer Service within 14 (fourteen) working days from the delivery date.

Any complaint made outside the time limit will not be considered.

Parcels damaged in transit

We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered in the best condition. However, if you have received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service immediately.

Damaged items will need to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or a replacement.

Taxes

— Sales tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

— Import duties & taxes

All BEAUTICAL orders for the UK are shipped from the UK and all orders for the USA are shipped from the USA.

All other BEAUTICAL orders are shipped from Belgium. Please note that you may be charged customs and duties upon entry to your selected delivery country, if not within EU.

These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

We will not refund orders that have not cleared customs or where customs and/or duties have not been paid.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please follow the return procedure.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Returns

We do our utmost to bring you complete satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund. In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

All returns must be notified to our Customer Service within 14 (fourteen) days after reception of order. After communicating your decision to return, you have 14 (fourteen) days to return the goods.

To notify the return of an item, you must send an email to our Customer Service at info@beautical.com, with the following information:

Place the item(s) in its/their original packaging with a copy of shipping note received by email at the time of ordering and send your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return, as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
